Hello there! My name is Richard Ball and I am the Youth Pastor of South Side Baptist Church in Damascus, AR. I have served at South Side for seven years and have been in ministry for 30 years come this Fall. My wife Chrystal and I have been married for 22 years, and we have three boys.

When I'm not in the office during the day, you can usually find me volunteering in our schools whether through Fellowship Of Christian Athletes at our local school, reading to kids, "DJ" -ing at After Proms and other school events. I am also the "Voice of the Hornets," serving as the Public Announcer for the school during Volleyball, Football, Basketball, and Baseball Season.

I am a graduated of Ouachita Baptist University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. I am currently attending Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Theology with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry.
